Strolling through Central Park definitely tops my list of must-do activities while in NYC, but this last trip I got an even better treat! I was able to do a picnic in the park thanks to Perfect Picnic. There’s nothing better than sitting in one of your favorite places in the city and enjoying some amazingly fresh food.

As summer comes to an end I find myself reflecting on everything I have enjoyed this summer. It combines my two summer must haves; something cold, and something that can give me a little pick-me-up.

As you all know I am determined to lose weight and get fit again, so I have been looking for some better alternatives to my usual snacking vices. I have found that in the past when I try to completely cut out snacks or treats of any kind I only end up failing and overeating.
