Here are a few little highlights of my week! (Keep in mind I have a horrible camera!)

We had a ton of snow this week, I'm now a little sick of the snow. I can't wait till Spring!!

This week was all about dressing up. One minute my little girl would be a princess... the next a pirate!

My little girl is taking ballet lessons and she loves it. Can't wait to see her first recital!

We made tons of really cute crafts this past week, including a cute little snake, and tons of valentines crafts.

**Last Minute Valentine Idea!**

I thought I would share with you one of my favorite Valentine's treats!

These are great for breakfast or really anytime! Here is how to make them:

Ingredients:

:: 2 Pillsbury crescent rolls or flat dough sheet packages

:: 1 package of cream cheese

:: 1/4 c. Powder Sugar  (plus extra for dusting)

:: 1tsp. Vanilla

:: Any flavored jam or fruit

:: With a mixer blend together your cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla

:: Roll out your dough and make sure that you close up any seams. Spread your cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.

:: Next spread your fruit or jam over top of the cream cheese. Next put another sheet of dough over top.

:: Use a cookie cutter to cut out the shapes you want. Using a fork press down the edges to seal everything in.

:: Roll up the extra that you have into pieces that will fit into a muffin tin. We don't want any of this yummy stuff going to waste!

:: Bake at 350 for around 20min. make sure you check on them often to make sure they don't over cook.

:: Sprinkle with powdered sugar and you're done! Yummy!
