So here are the 3 women that were caught with $25 million in counterfeit coupons.

On Tuesday, these three women were arrested having more than $25 million worth of bogus coupons, 22 assault weapons and 21 vehicles in their possession!

These women had a business and they sold these coupons on Ebay. So this is a very good reminder that you need to be careful about what coupons you buy online.

If it seem to good to be true, it just might be.

That's not to say that there aren't some pretty awesome coupons out there, but the companies try to match the price on the coupon pretty close to what the store sells it for.

So if you have a coupon for a FREEBIE, and it states that the coupon is for way over the actual store price, it may not be real.

Yesterday in AZ, a MAJOR coupon fraud ring was busted. They had over 25 million in fraudulent coupons that they were selling.

From the article:  

“The Coupon Information Corporation is calling this the largest counterfeit coupon case the industry has ever seen.

These investigators discovered most of the fake coupons were being used in Arizona. Investigators also found that the coupons were being sold through the website, Savvyshoppersite.com. 

“They are variations, reproductions of what were at one point legitimate coupons,” said Bud Miller with the Coupon Information Corporation.

So the coupons often worked and as a result manufacturers lost millions.

Police say the scope of the investigation and the economic impact are massive with hundreds of millions of dollars in losses.

“We’re talking about anywhere from $400 to $600 million in loss,” said Holmes. “This is to American companies who produced American products and hire American citizens.”

Miller said consumers should never pay money for coupons.

“If you’re a consumer out there and you purchased coupons from this website you certainly should not use them. You are subject to arrest,” said Miller.”

Never, Never, Never pay for coupons that you did not buy yourself from the Sunday paper. Even from insert companies who sell the whole inserts, you can NOT be certain where the inserts are coming from. There is ALWAYS the possibility that they were stolen from the newspapers that YOU were supposed to be getting.

I have seen SO MANY emails from readers who have ordered coupons from Ebay, only to get obvious copies of internet printed coupons and coupons to good to be true in value for brands.

Coupons are a form of cash. You will be prosecuted for using fraudulent coupons. If you need more information you can go to the Coupon Information Center.

Tomorrow 7/11, 7-Eleven stores will be giving out FREE Slurpees From 11:00am to 7:00pm.

Keep in mind these are only 7.11 oz cups.

And if you are wanting something a little bigger you can easily make them at home!

We just made homemade slurpees and as you can tell my little girl loves them!

These are super refreshing in the summer!

Here is what you need to make them:

:: 1 Packet of KoolAid

:: 2 Cups Club Soda

:: 1/2 Cup of Sugar

:: 3 Cups Ice

Blend everything but the ice together in your blender, and then add the ice.

Once everything is blended stick it in the freezer for 45 minutes, and it's done!

Super simple (cheap), and great to have in the summer!

I am really trying to lose weight this summer! I am so tired of being over weight!

So I have started bike riding as my exercise routine. Above is what I have done so far this month, unfortunately the first week of June wasn't very good, but I definitely improved on the next weeks!

My goal for this month is 350 miles! Do you think I can do it? I hope so! I did 29.16 miles on Friday which is the most I have ever done.

I tried convincing my hubby that it was due to the hour massage that I got that day. (hoping to get more! haha!)

I will try to do some before pictures soon, so you can see my progress.

Although I am having a hard time being ok with any of the pictures I take!
