I love bringing my favorite flavors and recipes from around the world back home with me and anytime I can make an international dish at home it makes me happy. So when I tried to make Pho I knew it would be amazing and I couldn't wait to see what my family thought. The flavors of Pho are just amazing and it's a dish you will never forget. While it does require a few more ingredients than other dishes it is well worth it and you'll be so thrilled to taste this amazing dish straight from your kitchen!

Can I be completely honest for a minute? I really struggle to get meals on the table every day. There are days where I ask myself “How much longer do I have to do this?” Don’t get me wrong I love my family, but feeding them every single day is a pain in the butt! That’s why I turn to anything that can make my life easier and get my family fed well. Recently I came across Perdue Farms Family Bundle boxes and they have made dinner for me and my family so much better!

That’s right you can now go grab your very own copy of Downton Abbey DVD from Walmart! I’m so excited to watch it again. I saw it in the theater, but it’s always nice to snuggle up on your own couch (or bed since I have been sick this week) and watch such a great movie.

To be completely honest when I first heard of Quinoa pancakes I was a little skeptical. I am a big fan of the standard American fluffy pancake and I didn’t like the idea of messing with my recipe that I have been using for years.
