Hotels line the beaches on Waikiki. There are so many options for accommodations and yet there are only a few for those wanting something truly special. Trips to Vegas are definitely some of my favorite, and while Vegas definitely isn’t lacking in hotel options it can be hard to know which one would be a good fit for your next trip. I have now been to Vegas so often that I know every trip is different and needs a hotel to fit exactly what you’re looking for. There are times you want to be right in the middle of the action those trips that you But there is another type of Vegas trip, a more refined one, more calm one that leaves you not in a perpetual party hangover.

There are few events that I would recommend for anyone of any age and interests, but there is one that I believe will have a positive effect on anyone that attends. Let me first tell you that I myself almost didn’t make it to this event and I was hesitant in even going. I bought my tickets but soon started to question whether I wanted to drive all the way out to the desert with two kids in tow. It seemed like a lot of work by myself and my husband was sick. Looking back I can’t believe I had to talk myself into going. I have been to many different festivals, concerts and events, but none as spectacular as this one and none that I would recommend for everyone.

Turks and Caicos is located south of the Bahamas and is easily accessible from all major airports in the tri-state area. American, US Airways, Delta, and JetBlue all have direct flight options allowing one to be basking in the sun on Grace Bay, while sipping a Pina Colada in under four hours. The official currency is the US Dollar and English is the official language.

Airbnb has now risen to become one of the most used sites when looking for an alternative to traditional vacation accommodations, but it’s far from a perfect system. It can do more than just let you down if you don’t do some research first and take the steps necessary to make it work for you. As a family of four who have used Airbnb a plethora of times over the last two years we have seen our share of the good, the bad and the very ugly. Here is what I have learned and how I make sure we don’t regret our Airbnb choice and run for the nearest hotel.
