We are first served never mind I can’t actually remember what we were first served, because the one thing I have embedded in my brain and will never forget is the 72-hour pork belly. Nope, that’s not a typo. 72-hours! This little piece of heaven was pampered and loved for 72 hours before arriving on your plate, and it is amazing. If you eat Barrel & Bushel and don’t order the 72-hour pork belly, you’re a madman. You know a dish is special when it makes you almost forget all the rest.
