Mamas Monday Meals: Parmesan Crusted Chicken on a Spring Spinach Salad! Yummy!!

Here is what we are having for dinner tonight! Both healthy and delicious!!

Plus this is a super easy recipe!


For the chicken -

:: Chicken Breast - as many pieces as you think you and your family will want

:: 1-2 small containers of plain yogurt

:: 1 bag of Parmesan cheese

For the salad:

This is what I used but you can make any kind of salad you would like!

:: Spinach

:: Carrots

:: Peas

:: Mushrooms

:: Tomatoes

:: Red onion


:: Heat your oven to 350 degrees

:: Rub the yogurt all over the chicken

:: Coat the chicken in your Parmesan cheese

:: Bake for about 45 min. or until the cheese is toasted

:: Cut into slices and put on top of your salad

Yummy!! Yummy! And super easy!
