
They say that it takes 21 days to form a habit and with that in mind that is my focus for our Workout Wednesday!
Although this tip could be used on any aspect of your life.
Think of this as a Real Life Checklist and every time you workout you can take one post-it (or whatever you want to use) down.
The best thing about this is you will have something visual that you can't ignore! As you can see I put my 21 stickers next to my bike.
Make sure you put these in an area that they will be in your face. If you use a treadmill or any other workout equipment make sure you put these right next to it.
If you go jogging put these babies right next to the door! I think we will be amazed at how well this works, and I am super excited!
