("This is a sponsored post on behalf of EVEREADY®, all opinions and thoughts are my own")

Did you know that from now until August 31, 2014 you can snag a FREE Scholastic book when you purchase 2 specialty marked packs of EVEREADY® Gold® Batteries or flashlights. Isn’t that sweet? I’m totally a fan of getting something I love for FREE by purchasing something I need. And let me tell you batteries are definitely a need in our home. Thanks to all the remote controls, toys, fire alarms, flashlights, and alarm clocks in our house, we sure do go through a lot of them. As for books, if you have ever been in our home for even 2 minutes you would know that we just adore them.

How does the FREE Scholastic Book offer work? Well each specialty marked pack of EVEREADY® Gold® Batteries and EVEREADY® Flashlights will include a special 10 digit code. Enter two (2) specialty codes HERE, and then chose between these 3 great Scholastic books (“Clifford Sees America”, “Fly Guy vs. The Flyswatter”, “The Magic School Bus Takes A Moonwalk”) to receive. No matter what book you choose your kids will be pleased (and if you don’t have any kids, these make great gifts and donations).

If you haven’t tried EVEREADY® Gold® batteries and flashlights yet, now is definitely the time to do so. You can find EVEREADY® Gold® batteries at various retailers but I hear Dollar General and Wal-Mart are the best.

FYI: There is a limit of 2 books a household. You can go here for the complete Terms and Conditions.

About Mamas Spot

We are a family of four that left it all behind to go travel the world. No, literally we left it all. We sold all of our possessions, packed what we could into four suitcases and said goodbye to suburban life. All we own is now pulled behind us as we travel to new and exciting destinations. Showing our kids the world and teaching them about new cultures, food, and ways of life is now our 9-5.

We love watching our kids learn, and learning along side them. Together we have now explored many new countries, visited family on the other side of the world, and made memories that will last a lifetime.

Welcome to our journey!
