This is a sponsored post on behalf of Trident Gum and Mom it Forward, as always all opinions are my own.
Our family loves chewing gum, and we buy at least 5 packs a week. Our favorite is definitely Trident and I recently came across a reason to love them even more! (But I will get back to that in a minute)
I feel our families gum chewing is part of our dental hygiene, not only does it make our breath fresh and nice for those around us, but if we chew Trident for 20 minutes after eating and drinking it can help clean and protect our teeth. Along with brushing twice daily, flossing and getting regular checkups Trident helps to keep us cavity free.
We also use Trident while on vacation. From helping us and the kids keep our ears popped while on the plane to preoccupying the kiddos while on long drives or when we can't immediately stop for food. You will always find Trident packed in our bags!
I really love that Trident is sugar-free, and did you know they were the first national sugar-free gum? And now they are the leading sugar-free gum. I personally love mint it makes me feel like my teeth are even cleaner and it keeps my breath minty fresh, but my kiddos really love Tridents fruit flavors like their Tropical Twist.
Now back to why I love Trident even more! Trident not only makes my favorite gum, but they also have supported Oral Health America’s non-profit program Smiles Across America for over 11 years. In that time they have donated more than $2,500,000. How awesome is that?! This program and Tridents donations has helped underserved children get the dental care they so desperately need. This has provided them with the chance for a healthy happy smile and better overall health.
The great part is that you can help in this effort just by picking up a pack of Trident during the week of September 20th. For every pack sold, Trident will donate 5¢ to Smiles Across America, up to $250K. (Void in AL, MA and SC)
So while you are out at the store this week, be sure to grab a pack of Trident to help Smiles Across America!
