As a family we have traveled all over the world and while it is amazing to visit new destinations one of our favorite things is to bring customs and traditions back with us when we get home.
We love incorporating new holidays and traditions into our own lives. So when we came back home from SE Asia we knew we had to add CNY or Chinese New Year into our new holidays. We have now been celebrating it for years and our whole family gets really excited as January rolls in.

CNY this year is on February 5th & 6th, but the excitement starts early and makes January a lot more fun. The main US holidays are done with after Christmas and CNY helps to keep the magic going. Chinese New Year is all about family and friends coming together to celebrate peace and prosperity for the new year ahead. This means a lot of amazing food and fun.

While I love cooking a big meal I also love to mingle with family and I will take any advantage I can. This is why I use Ling Ling Potstickers. They make the meal so much easier and they taste amazing. If you have tried to make potstickers from scratch then you will understand what a painstaking and time consuming process they can be. In the past I found myself spending hours making potstickers for CNY.

That all ended as soon as I came across Ling Ling Potstickers. Not only are they really authentic, but they are super easy and so yummy! They leave me more time to spend with family. They are also easy on the wallet which is a bonus.

Ling Ling Potstickers come in chicken & vegetable, pork & vegetable and just veggie. Something for everyone tastes. I personally love the pork; it takes me right back to SE Asia sitting at my favorite Chinese restaurant with my family; and after all this year is the year of the pig! We will be grabbing all three bags this year to make everyone at the table happy and full.

What traditions does your family have? Do you celebrate Chinese New Year? Give it a try this year and be sure to include Ling Ling Potstickers for a prosperous new year!
