When I come across amazing sites like Skillshare I just have to stop for a moment and really soak in what a great time it is to be alive. Nothing like this was even possible 10 years ago. If you wanted to learn a new skill the answer would unanimously be “go to school; enroll in a college course”. You had to go to college to learn new skills or go dig up a library book and hope it had all the information you needed, but now with Skillshare you can learn right in your own home (possibly even with your PJ’s still on).
I’m not saying college doesn’t have its .place, but for some skills it seems just silly to waste so much time and money to sign up for a class when it’s all readily available and easy to access right at home. Skillshare is your one stop shop for everything from illustration to graphic design to marketing. This means skillshare is for everyone whether you are a stay at home mom looking for a new hobby or a 9-5’er looking to strengthen your resume.
For my job I can always improve my marketing, photography, social media and video editing skills so Skillshare was a lifesaver for me and I couldn’t believe I could find all these resources all in one spot. This makes it so much easier for me and I will never go back to signing up for multiple classes on many different sites. Who has time to keep track of all of that? I know I don’t.
