With Christmas right around the corner I like to make as much family time as possible and really soak in the holiday season. Today I get the privilege of talking about two of my favorite things... coffee and friends! And in my opinion they go hand in hand; there's nothing better than an amazing cup of coffee and the company of good friends. Did you know that today is National Coffee Day? I'm not kidding, it really is National Coffee Day! Anyone else doing a little happy dance? As a coffee expert (ok, so that's a self appointed title) I have been through a lot of different brands in search for that perfect not over roasted smooth cup of coffee I can look forward to every morning and I found it three years ago in Eight O' Clock Coffee. Even better every bag is consistent, no "last bag was better than this bag". That is why I am celebrating this National Coffee Day with my friends and Eight O' Clock Coffee!
