Thailand… a destination most travelers long to visit. There’s just something so intriguing with the culture, the sites and all the amazing nature it holds. We recently had the opportunity to visit Bangkok and it was definitely a unique experience we will always remember. While we loved the culture, the incredibly friendly people and seeing all sites, but there was one detail that made our trip even more amazing, and that was where we stayed. When looking for a hotel I wanted something family friendly, comfortable and located in the heart of Bangkok. I knew as soon as I saw U Sathorn I had found the perfect resort for our family.

It’s time for a sequel! I love a good sequel, don’t you? I hope you enjoyed my last article on how to complete an awesome Kansas road trip! Now it’s time to move on down the road and check out new activities, food and lodging! After all, as I stated in my last post, Kansas has a lot to offer and it would be shame to only experience part of it. To really soak it all in, it is necessary to plan a multi-day road trip across this great state.

Islands… why is it that islands seem to have more fun, more adventure, and more beauty? They seem to be brimming with amazing things to see and do. This seems to be the case with the British Isles as well. Everyone knows of the beauty that can be found in the British Isles, but there is one island in particular that holds so much for travelers and is definitely a must visit this summer. This year, our family really wanted to fully explore England and find some of the best destinations to pass along to other families and travelers. So often, we plan a trip to London and don’t take the time to explore further, so on our last trip, we set out to find some new fantastic family friendly destinations. We had come across in magazines and heard from friends about a wonderful city up north—Lincoln. I had heard that Lincoln had a great mix of old and new, and I was really excited to explore it.

Our family has been traveling the globe for years now, but we always love coming back home to the US. We have now been to all but 13 states, and we love learning more and exploring our home turf. I get people asking me all the time about what state is our favorite, and while I feel every state has something amazing to offer travelers, if I had to pick one that stood out the most and took me by surprise it would be… Kansas! I know what you’re thinking right? Really, Kansas? Yes, Kansas! There’s so much cool stuff and activities for families all stuffed into this awesome state.
