Step 1: Visit a COINSTAR kiosk in your area.
Step 2: Pour at least $5 and enter the promo code COINBAG. Pours for a donation do not qualify for a promotional code.

Step 3: Follow the directions on your voucher to request your bag, including by visiting www.coinstar.com/fulfill and completing a form and submitting your promotional code.

I got one of these a while back and I love it! Super easy an convenient, and a lot better than using an old canister or something!
