It’s no secret in our family that I prefer nice, clean, and perfectly tempered hotel rooms, so needless to say the next part of our Costa Rica family adventure definitely put me a little outside of my comfort zone. In the end, it turned out it was for the best, though, and I wouldn’t trade our time tenting for anything else!

Thailand… a destination most travelers long to visit. There’s just something so intriguing with the culture, the sites and all the amazing nature it holds. We recently had the opportunity to visit Bangkok and it was definitely a unique experience we will always remember. While we loved the culture, the incredibly friendly people and seeing all sites, but there was one detail that made our trip even more amazing, and that was where we stayed. When looking for a hotel I wanted something family friendly, comfortable and located in the heart of Bangkok. I knew as soon as I saw U Sathorn I had found the perfect resort for our family.

“Travel with kids”, sometimes the very words can make a parent panic. It can be hard enough to fly with one or two people, but throw a kid into the mix, and things get complicated. Well… that’s my life. We travel constantly with our two kids in tow. While I feel they are well-behaved kids and I love traveling with them, they inevitably complicate some parts of travel. I am always making sure they are fed, happy, and comfortable. This isn’t always easy, and I am always on the lookout for tools that can help me do the job.

As a family we are always on the lookout for new and fun activities for our kids to experience, but on our recent trip to Johor we found a place that our kids will never forget: The Angry Birds Activity Park. We recently visited Johor Malaysia for a great family vacation and we wanted to include as many kid friendly activities as possible. With this in mind, we knew we had to go to LEGOLAND Malaysia! LEGOLAND Malaysia is the full LEGO experience with a hotel, water park, and theme park. Every part of the property is really easy to access and I highly recommend staying at the hotel since you can be right at the water or theme park in less than two minutes.

While the whole LEGOLAND Malaysia experience is super fun and exciting for adults it’s something kids will always remember and cherish.
